Terms of Payment
1. All prices are subject to 15% Service Charge.
2. Confirmation
of Booking Date is 10% of estimated total costs is required to secure
bookings in
Accordance with Quotation agreed upon by both parties.
3. Down Payment of 50% of estimated total costs is required to secure
bookings in accordance
with
Confirmation & Contract Agreement agreed upon by both parties.
4. The balance of 40% of estimated total costs
must be paid up at the latest 7 (seven) days prior
to
day of event.
5. Confirmation of number of guests to attend must be submitted at the
latest 7 (seven) days prior
to
day of event. This number of guests serves as guarantee for guest attendance without
reduction,
and will be charged in accordance with the guarantee of number
or guest attendance,
whichever is bigger.
6. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but will be
guaranteed upon receipt of 50%
Deposit from Second Party.
7. 60pax
of guest is the minimum number of guest for the inquiry.
Prices

1. All
bar equipment and accessories related to the event.
2.
Glass wares, napkins and other supplies.
3. Transportation
in and out, dishwashing, clearing up, etc.
4. Operational
staff required for the event, transport fares and meals for the staff.
